2. Can I get a sample before mass production, is it free?
Of course, we do provide samples before going into any production so that the production is exactly as the buyer expects. You can deliver the sample within 7 - 10 days after payment.
Our sample fee is not free but refundable, which means we will return it after receiving your bulk
order.

3. What if I don't like your sample?
If the first sample we make is
not good, you only need to pay for the shipping cost from us to you.

4. What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, Alipay, Trade Assurance and Paypal.

5. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 200 pieces per design/color with mixed sizes.

6. Can I put my design logo on the item?
Of course, your own design/sketch/picture is welcome. Both OEM and ODM are welcome.
